If my opponent has 3 creatures and a Eldrazi Monument in play and i cast Planar Cleansing, am i right to assume that my opponent's creatures will be destroyed even in the presense of Eldrazi Monument that makes them undestructable?

Anyway, no, you're not right to assume that. Because they wont be. There is only one destruction event, and when it occurs those creatures are still indestructible.
