Worldwake will be legal for Standard play on Friday, February 5th, so yes -- you will be able to play Worldwake cards in your deck during the Richmond Open Weekend.

Will there be Legacy side events on Day 1?

How often do the EDH events typically fire off? Which banned list is used (I assume the "suggested" list on http://www.dragonhighlander.net/rules.php)

We'll run side events on Saturday in any format.

It's hard to say. Usually we fire a few on each day.

    Your assumption is correct.

I'm not from the area and coming from PA. Is there a standard format FMN in the area near the tournament the night before?

    Thanks

    On site pick up...

Just curious...If I place an order to be picked up on site at the Richmond Open...can I choose the pay with check/money order option and then pay cash for the cards once I arrive at the tournament site?

    No.

If you want specific cards brought for you, you must place an order via the website and prepay for it via credit card or PayPal.

    See everyone this weekend!

If we can get eight people together to run a Vintage side event, then we're happy to do so. As far as M10 drafts are concerned, that depends on product availability. I'll check on this and post the answer later today.

What's up with the hotel? Tried to reserve a room, the code doesn't seem to be working, price was around 70.

EDIT: Got discounted room, had to call the hotel. The staff was totally cool about it and knew already.

Slim-to-none, I'm afraid. We hold off the start of the first round until all players in the room have had a chance to pick up whatever cards they need for their decks, but that has never taken us to 11 a.m. 10:30 might be a possibility, but we make no guarantees -- we like to start the events as close to 10 a.m. as we possibly can.
